Great to meet you!

Since graduating with her Master of Social Work from USC, I have worked to provide direct clinical services including individual, group, family and couples’ therapy. I have experience providing care across the residential & outpatient substance abuse, integrated care, and non-profit settings.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a place to be heard, understood and cared for, as well as validated and empowered. I strive to create a safe, collaborative, non-judgmental space for adolescents, adults and couples in which we work together and address challenges and concerns. I incorporate a trauma-informed approach to deliver a customized balance between traditional psychotherapeutic modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy and alternative modalities.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are seeking short-term therapy for a specific issue or crisis, or long-term therapy to better understand recurring patterns in your life, we can work together to overcome these obstacles. Don’t wait any longer to live your best life. It takes strength and courage to seek help.
