Great to meet you!

Welcome! If you’re here, you’ve already taken an important step toward understanding yourself and creating meaningful change. With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve worked with diverse individuals navigating complex personal and relational challenges.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, high-functioning individuals who may appear to have everything together externally, yet internally feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or weighed down by anxiety, life transitions, trauma, chronic illness, or loss. I aim to create a space where you can show up as your full, authentic self without judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I believe therapy should be tailored to each individual, so I draw from multiple therapeutic modalities depending on your unique experiences, needs, and goals. Some to name are narrative therapy, trauma informed, and grief centered therapy.

Together, we’ll slow down and explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with depth and curiosity. We’ll work to better understand how both past and present experiences shape your emotional world and day-to-day functioning, while also building tools that support meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, and it’s completely normal to feel unsure about where to start. In our first session, we’ll focus on creating a comfortable and supportive environment where you feel safe to share at your own pace.

We’ll begin to explore what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to gain, and any questions or concerns you may have. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and a little more grounded, knowing that this is a space where you can approach difficult emotions and experiences with compassion and curiosity.
