Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of mental health settings. My background includes providing therapy for individuals experiencing trauma/PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, stress, and relationship challenges. I have experience utilizing evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

I strive to create a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to process experiences, develop coping skills, and work toward meaningful change. I offer virtual therapy services and provide sessions in both English and Spanish.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported while working toward their goals. I utilize evidence-based approaches including CBT and DBT, with a focus on trauma/PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, and stress management for adolescents, adults, and families.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental environment during the first session. We will discuss current concerns, personal history, symptoms, and goals for therapy while building comfort and trust. The first session also helps identify strengths, challenges, and treatment goals so we can begin creating a plan tailored to the client’s needs.
