Great to meet you!

Are you feeling stuck? Noticing patterns in your life that you want to change but you’re just not sure how? Taking the step to seek support can be challenging, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to do so. As a licensed psychologist, I believe that caring for mental health is essential to living a stable and fulfilling life. I’ve been in practice for 9 years, working primarily with individuals navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and identity exploration.

My approach to therapy

Every person has their own story and therapy should be tailored to fit your unique needs. Together, we’ll build a therapeutic relationship centered on open communication and mutual respect. My role is to listen, support, offer new perspectives, and gently challenge you when needed. I primarily draw from a psychodynamic framework while integrating humanistic therapies, all within the foundation of an authentic therapeutic relationship. Together, we’ll explore new ways of understanding yourself and life’s challenges, with the goal of helping you feel affirmed, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change. Some of my specialities include women’s issues, trauma, family of origin, anxiety, relationships, and identity development.

What you can expect from me

We’ll begin with an introductory meeting where you can share your story and what you hope to gain from therapy. From there, we’ll clarify your goals and create a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable being open and vulnerable. As we move forward, our sessions will focus on bringing those goals to life and supporting your growth every step of the way.
