Great to meet you!

Are you constantly juggling everything yet still feel like you're falling short? I help moms, caregivers, and high-achievers struggling with anxiety, substance use, and body-based symptoms like migraines or IBS find clarity, calm, and balance. You give so much to others—and yet your body, mind, or emotions are telling you something’s off. Maybe you're drinking more than you would like, getting stuck in cycles of guilt and exhaustion, or noticing anxiety show up in your stomach, sleep, or mood. You're not broken—your nervous system is trying to tell you something. I help you understand your stress response and develop healthier behavior patterns.

Sara earned her Master’s in Counseling from Saint Edward’s University and began her career working in a residential substance use program. This experience honed her ability to navigate and treat complex, interrelated issues affecting her clients, allowing her to approach care with thoughtful consideration and empathy. Her dedication to fostering self-compassion stands out, as she believes it has the power to transform clients’ lives across physical, mental, and spiritual domains.

Outside of her time with clients, Sara enjoys hiking, exploring farmer’s markets, and discovering local events in her community.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with high-functioning adults who experience anxiety that may go unnoticed by others but is profoundly felt within. Using a holistic approach that integrates mindfulness, clinical hypnosis, somatic tracking, and traditional talk therapy, we’ll explore how past experiences influence present-day reactions. Together, we’ll identify practical, science-backed tools to regulate emotions, reduce overwhelm, and make room for more joy, rest, and ease in your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, you’ll learn why your nervous system reacts the way it does to everyday stress—and how to begin shifting out of shame and into self-compassion. Together, we’ll look at the full picture: your beliefs, body cues, and environment, so you can build a life that feels both fulfilling and sustainable. Schedule your free consultation now!
