Great to meet you!

Hi, I am originally from Venezuela and proudly rooted in the United States since 1999, I bring over 20 years of clinical experience to the field of mental health. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s specialization in Clinical Counseling. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in diverse settings including community health clinics, private practices, and hospital environments—each enriching my understanding of the human experience.

I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and couples, addressing challenges such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, weight management, and crisis intervention. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and client-centered—I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I take the time to understand each individual and collaborate with them to choose the most effective path toward healing and growth.

Outside the therapy room, I’m a wife of 18 years, a mom to two wonderful teenagers (15 and 17), and a proud dog mom of three. I thrive on movement and mindfulness—I love working out, participating in Spartan races, hiking, running, soaking in the beach, and practicing Chi-Kong.

Whether you’re navigating a life transition, struggling with self-doubt, or simply looking to reconnect with your inner strength—I’m here to walk with you, support you, and help you rediscover your power.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with an eclectic mindset. Once I've connected with a Client and gained insight into their story, we work together to choose the path and modality that best supports their growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

When working with me you can lay your story down-without judgement, without masks. We'll explore it together, side by side finding clarity where there was confusion and tools where there was overwhelm. My hope is that you leave each session feeling heard, held, and eager to continue your healing journey. Because your voice matters. Your story deserves a safe space to unfold.
