Great to meet you!

I provide a judgment-free environment for you to safely explore any personal difficulties, identify your unique strengths, develop and apply the appropriate skills to find long-term healing that goes beyond the surface level.

My approach to therapy

I work from a strengths-based approach to empower clients struggling with anxiety, depression, attachment issues, emotional & behavioral regulation, and overall life transitions and challenges. My clients are children, teens, adults, and families. I offer art therapy to individuals and groups. I also provide Brain Mapping (qEEG) and Neurofeedback Therapy to clients who may prefer non-traditional therapy or brain training in conjunction with talk therapy for common clinical conditions, such as depression and anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, poor sleep, etc.
