Great to meet you!

You should know that I genuinely care about the people I work with. I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and respect for your lived experience. I believe healing happens through safety, connection, and understanding—not pressure or judgment. My role is to walk alongside you as you make sense of patterns, heal from past experiences, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in emotional safety. I believe healing happens through understanding patterns, building awareness of the nervous system, and creating space for meaningful connection. I tailor therapy to each individual, moving at a pace that feels supportive while gently encouraging growth. Together, we work to make sense of past experiences, reduce distress, and develop skills that support lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space where we focus on getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and any concerns you may have. There is no pressure to share everything at once—therapy moves at your pace. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and a little more grounded.
