Great to meet you!

As a Perinatal and Infant Mental Health Psychologist, I treat relationships between caregivers of infants and young children ages 0-5.

I have a Doctorate in Psychology and completed my Postdoctoral Fellowship with the Irving Harris Program in Child Development and Infant Mental Health at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and Children's Hospital Colorado. I am Infant Mental Health endorsed as a Clinical Mentor and Postpartum Support International trained.

My approach to therapy

So many people experience the pain of the loss of identity, relationship, hopes, and dreams related to difficult reproductive choices, events, and challenges.

So may of them do so in isolation. You don't have to.

I want to meet you in the middle of your relationships with babies and young children birth to age five who are here, were here, or are wished for.

I provide therapy that meets you wherever you are in your reproductive journey.

What you can expect from me

I provide a judgement-free, warm space for exploring and processing your experiences related to pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, miscarriage, infant and child death, traumatic birth, and more.

Whether you are grieving, planning, or adjusting, I am here to walk with you through this part of your journey. I will meet you in the middle... truly, meeting you in the middle of your caregiver-child relationships - just as you are right now.
