Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping adults and teens who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and the lasting impact of emotional or psychological abuse. Narcissistic abuse is one of my core specialties, and I’m passionate about supporting clients as they untangle themselves from toxic relationship patterns and start rebuilding trust in themselves.

My approach is grounded in genuine care and support, utilizing a mix of evidence-based methods such as Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, and EMDR therapy. I am committed to providing a non-judgmental space where you can feel secure and respected, allowing you to open up and take courageous steps toward healing. Together, we can make positive changes.
