Great to meet you!

I am a firm believer in the power of restoration—the idea that no matter how difficult the past has been, there is always a path toward peace and joy. I understand that reaching out for help can feel daunting and my first priority is to ensure you feel seen, accepted, and secure.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, I blend CBT and DBT for practical coping with Family Systems and Trauma-Focused care for deep healing. We use Motivational Interviewing and Psychoanalysis to spark change and insight. You'll find a nurturing, professional space where we process the past to restore your confidence, seeking holistic peace and joy for your long-term mental and emotional wellness

What you can expect from me

With over a decade of experience, I help adults, teens, and families move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling empowered. My goal is to help you view your life through a lens of compassion and optimism. We will explore your history to understand your present, uncovering the strength you already possess to manage life’s stressors.
