Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can be quite difficult. Many of us have learned to stay silent about our pain, our struggles, and the parts of ourselves that we might not like or that may be causing us difficulties. While this silence may work somewhat in the short term, in the long term, we may find that we are experiencing increased sadness, worry, self-doubt, anger, and problems in our significant relationships.

My approach to therapy

As a psychologist, I strive to form genuine relationships with my clients where they feel safe, heard, and understood. I have seven years of experience and training working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, concerns related to identity, relationship difficulties, and those navigating life transitions and changes.

What you can expect from me

Through therapy and the therapeutic relationship, together we can examine your inner world - the thoughts, feelings, and experiences that are contributing to your pain and difficulties. Through this work, the goal is to facilitate a better understanding of oneself as well as to create long-lasting change. Through increased insight, clients can begin to feel more accepting and compassionate towards themselves and more fulfilled in life and relationships.
