Sara KING KRANZ

Hello! My name is Sara King-Kranz. I am a licensed mental health counselor with years of counseling experience with in Private Practice and School/University settings.

I specialize in both EMDR and EFT/Tapping techniques as well as other Quantum modalities such as the Genius Insight Sound Frequency Balancing and Heart-Math Biofeedback. The different modalities are scientifically backed and help with a wide range of dis-ease with in the mind and body. These methods allow for the treatment of trauma, anxiety, and depression and pretty much any mental misalignment that could occur with in a human being with in the scope of a therapy practice.

My passion lies in Energy Psychology, EMDR, EFT, and life wellness guidance using proven principles for success and forward movement. My goal is to create a strong therapeutic relationship and make the counseling process engaging, insightful, and enjoyable. Who says counseling can't be fun?
