Great to meet you!

My background in crisis intervention and youth residential settings shaped how I work — with directness, warmth, and a genuine capacity to meet people where they are, even in their hardest moments.

I work with children (ages 6+), adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship challenges, anger, and life transitions. I have a particular passion for teens and young adults — having spent years alongside this population in residential and community settings before moving into private practice.

I'm an LMHC trained at Boston University, based in Salem, NH and serving Massachusetts via telehealth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and individualized to each client's needs and goals. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you with curiosity, compassion, and without judgment.

I draw from ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to help clients clarify their values and build flexibility with difficult thoughts. CBT and Trauma-Focused CBT address the thought and behavior patterns driving anxiety, depression, and trauma responses. Narrative Therapy invites clients to examine and rewrite the stories shaping how they see themselves. Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused approaches keep us oriented toward what's possible, not just what's been painful.

For couples, I use Solution-Focused Couples Therapy to improve communication and connection. For younger children, Play Therapy and Child-Parent Psychotherapy meet them developmentally. Together, we create meaningful change at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know one another — what's brought you to therapy, your current challenges, your strengths, and what you're hoping to work toward.

I create a warm, supportive, judgment-free environment where you can share at your own pace. We'll begin identifying areas you'd like to focus on and may explore some initial strategies to help you feel more supported right away.

Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, respected, and confident that we can work toward your goals together.
