Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I know that reaching out for help takes a lot of courage, and it can sometimes feel overwhelming to take that first step. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and welcoming space where you can be yourself and feel comfortable sharing what’s on your mind. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, including those with disabilities. I’m passionate about helping others heal, grow, and find meaningful ways to move forward toward the life they want to live.

My approach to therapy

I take a client-centered approach, working collaboratively to help you reach your goals and develop strategies to become the best version of yourself. My focus is on meeting you where you are and creating a space where you feel supported and understood. I work with individuals navigating stress, life transitions, anxiety, depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and relationship challenges.

I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, solution-focused treatment, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused care. Together, we’ll establish meaningful goals and expectations that align with your unique needs and help you build lasting tools for growth and well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take some time to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. I’ll invite you to share what’s been going on in your life and what you hope to gain from our work together. We’ll identify your goals and start creating a personalized plan that feels right for you. My approach is collaborative and supportive—you set the pace, and we’ll work together to make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way.
