Great to meet you!

I’m Dr. Sara Lieppe, a licensed psychologist in Colorado. I have experience with many diverse populations, including neurodivergent clients. I offer a warm, accepting, yet thoughtfully challenging therapeutic space. I am continually inspired by my clients' resilience, experiences, and perspectives, and I want you to feel seen, respected, and understood as we achieve your therapeutic goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strengths-based, affirming, and grounded in listening carefully to your story. I utilize an eclectic approach and rely on evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, strengths, and perspectives to address your challenges and work toward your goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll listen to what brings you in and learn about your experiences, concerns, and goals. We’ll move at a comfortable pace in a warm, welcoming space.
