Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Sara, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. As a relational therapist, I strive to create a compassionate and grounded space where you can show up authentically. I specialize in helping individuals, families, and couples work through relationship dynamics, life transitions, and identity exploration. I am particularly passionate about working with individuals experiencing and transitioning into motherhood. Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, build meaningful pathways toward personal and relational growth, and create space for you to comfortably embrace your true self.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, relational, and grounded in liberation-focused therapy. I view our work as a partnership: you are the expert on your life, and I bring the tools, perspective, and evidence-based practices to support your journey. Together we will create a space to honor your past, present, and future, your culture, and all the different parts of yourself.

I integrate relational, systemic, and culturally responsive framework to help you explore how past experiences, family dynamics, and societal structures influence your well-being. My goal is to support you in reconnecting with your roots, coming home to yourself, and returning to the wisdom that already lives within you. Throughout our work, I prioritize emotional safety, gentle curiosity, and practical strategies you can carry into your daily life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a low-pressure opportunity for us to get to know one another. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your current goals, and cover any background details that feel important to you.

My primary goal for our first meeting is to establish a safe, welcoming environment where you feel heard and respected. By the end of the session, we will outline an initial path forward and decide together on the best cadence for our future sessions
