My name is Sara and I have a fully telehealth therapy practice. I have a unique background with experiences working with a variety of clients in a variety of settings. I fully believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship as an agent of change.
I utilize a client-centered approach with an emphasis on the relationship. I use humor often in session to gently help clients gain an understanding into their behaviors.
Clients will take away a greater understanding of how they developed the patterns of behaviors they engaged in and strategies to help develop new ways of thinking and acting.
