Great to meet you!

I believe that finding peace and balance in life can be both a challenge and a valuable opportunity for personal growth. I am happy and honored to be a part of your journey. I offer an inclusive, nonjudgemental, and tolerant space for all, including LGBTQ+ individuals.

My approach to therapy

Through a combination of traditional talk therapy. body-centered, compassion-focused, and trauma-informed approaches, my goal is to provide an inclusive and safe space where individuals can learn to use curiosity, self-compassion, and their body’s innate wisdom to discover their own unique path to healing.

What you can expect from me

Together we will work to better understand your internal emotional world, the experiences that created that world, and using compassion and curiosity, learn how to care and soothe all aspects of self to create a sense of internal harmony and trust of self.
