Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Sara. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. I work with adults who may be caring for an aging parent, adjusting to an empty nest, navigating the effects of trauma or coping with loss. I am here to support you in building coping skills, identifying unhealthy patterns and creating change.

My approach to therapy

I bring a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy. Building a strong working alliance is foundational in the therapeutic journey. We will build on your strengths and successes that worked well for you in the past. We will also work through past hurts, failed relationships, or losses that may be holding you back.

What you can expect from me

Through empowerment, you will create a path to a desired life and achieving goals.
