Great to meet you!

I am a millennial mom who is a therapist. My first cell phone was Senior year in high school. I work with individuals who need to learn how to breathe and navigate grief, sadness and loneliness in areas of life (Parenting, retirement, loss, trauma, caregiving). After 13 years in practice I have the skills to help clients reach goals in session. I am the person in the corner cheering clients on to find happiness.

My approach to therapy

I have been called a warm blanket when clients need a safe and calm space. I am good with having uncomfortable conversations. When needed I will challenge to help clients grow while also being a cheerleader.

What you can expect from me

From the time we say hello I am focused on you. I am taking in all the information to decide the best support for you. While we get to know each other I will ask questions about background information. Everyone is different so the rest of session really depends on you.
