Sara McCullough

Sara McCullough is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a graduate of Boston University with a Masters in Clinical Social Work. She previously worked in non-profit outpatient settings with victims of sexual assault and domestic violence. Sara is also retired Navy and has extensive knowledge in working with military members and their families.

She specializes in the treatment of adults, adolescents, and children that have experienced family and relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, sexual assault, and trauma. She is trained in multiple trauma treatment approaches and individualizes counseling for the specific need of each client.

Sara believes in working with clients to identify their strengths and empowers them to take an active role in their own healing and recovery. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel confident, learn how to navigate barriers, and regain control of their life.
