Great to meet you!

There's a version of getting through life that looks completely fine from the outside and feels exhausting on the inside. I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are carrying more than it shows: anxiety, the aftereffects of trauma, major life transitions, or relationship patterns that keep repeating in ways that are hard to explain. I have a particular focus on trauma and attachment wounds and work with many clients who've spent years managing symptoms without ever addressing what's underneath them. My practice is warm and genuinely collaborative. I'll show up as a real partner in your growth, not a distant presence behind a notepad.

My approach to therapy

Our work together focuses on what's actually keeping you stuck, not just managing how it feels day to day. I use approaches designed to help you process the deeper roots of trauma and anxiety, so that over time the experiences that once drove your reactions start to lose their grip. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you, and I'll be honest with you along the way about what I'm noticing and what I think might help. The people who tend to get the most out of our work are those ready to move from surviving to actually thriving, even if they're not sure yet what that looks like.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is structured and collaborative. We'll go over some background, talk through what's been going on and what's felt most pressing, and get clear together on what healing or success actually means for you. You'll have space to ask me anything about how I work and what a path forward might look like. Most people leave that first conversation with a clearer sense of next steps and a real sense of relief. You don't have to carry this alone anymore. If you're ready to reach out, I'd love to hear from you.
