Great to meet you!

I value helping my clients feel more grounded and equipped in their day-to-day lives by building emotional insight, practical coping strategies, and stronger ways of relating to themselves and others. Once that sense of stability begins to take shape, we can start to explore the deeper patterns and experiences that may be influencing how you think, feel, and move through the world.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, direct, and strengths-based, integrating psychodynamic therapy, CBT, narrative therapy, mindfulness, exposure work, motivational interviewing, and solution focused approaches. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, grief, ADHD, trauma, addiction, self harm, phobias, anger, and life transitions.

What you can expect from me

Whether you’re working through past experiences or wanting to feel more steady and motivated in your day-to-day life, I offer a supportive space to navigate what’s coming up. I invite you to schedule a complimentary consultation so we can briefly connect, explore what you’re looking for, and see if we’re a good fit.
