Great to meet you!

One day I was asked if I could have any superpower, what would it be and why? I replied, “The power of healing. If I could take away other people’s burdens, then I feel that I have done what is desperately needed for the world.” In a world full of suffering and pain, we all seek to be seen and have our voices heard. I want to walk with you through your journey and help see you through it. Life can throw many trials our way, but you do not have to navigate it alone.

My approach to therapy

I offer counseling services in both Spanish/English for all ages. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, adjustment to life changes, familial conflicts, communication issues, mood disorders, etc. I can offer local, in person counseling, as well as telehealth services. I can also provide both Christian and secular counseling as needed.

What you can expect from me

Together, we can walk through your journey and find ways to help you grow. We may explore hardships in your life that have caused heartache and pain, but I assure you that I will face those challenges with you. I know that I cannot have the superpower that I wish to have, but I will do all that I can to help you walk through your healing journey.
