I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I’m committed to empowering individuals to learn skills to effectively navigate life and the challenges we all face. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are dealing with issues like anxiety, depression, personality disorders, substance use, psychosis, and life transitions. My approach is person-centered and goal oriented.
