I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working in the field of mental health for over 13 years. I have experience with a number of different populations and mental health issues. I specializes in Anxiety, Depression, Codependency, Communication skills, Non-traditional relationship, and Relationship Issues. My practice is LBGTQ+ friendly.

My approach to therapy

I use a holistic view towards working with my clients. There is a ton of information and stimuli interacting with all of us on a daily basis. My therapeutic techniques are individualized to the client and specific issues and I do not believe in a one size fits all.
