Great to meet you!

I became a therapist after experiencing a deeply personal loss—I lost a close friend to suicide. That grief shaped my path and gave me a heartfelt understanding of how painful and confusing life’s challenges can feel. I bring that empathy into every session, supporting clients with compassion and without judgment.

I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem struggles, and life transitions. My approach is flexible: I use evidence-based practices, and when it feels right or is requested, I integrate faith-based perspectives to support your unique needs and values.

My years working in a community mental health clinic taught me how to walk alongside clients from all walks of life. I aim to create a safe, validating space where you can be seen and heard, gain insight into yourself, and nurture hope. Together, we’ll explore ways for you to feel more empowered, connected, and able to lead a meaningful life.

If life feels heavy or confusing right now, know that you don’t have to navigate it alone—I’m here to listen, guide, and support you in finding your way forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, respect, and a deep curiosity about each person’s story. I see therapy as a collaborative space where you can bring your full self—without judgment or pressure to “fit” a certain mold.

We begin with an intentional intake process to understand your story, your goals, and the supports you already have in place. From there, therapy is tailored to your needs. I draw on evidence-based practices like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Solution-focused therapy, but I also integrate other approaches when it serves you best. Progress in therapy isn’t always linear, but it is meaningful, and it looks different for everyone.

Clients who thrive in therapy with me tend to value reflection, curiosity, and authenticity. My goal is for you to not just survive, but truly live and thrive—finding hope, insight, and practical ways to navigate life’s challenges.

I bring all of who I am into my work—I’m a mom, wife, Latina, and Christian—and I value supporting clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences with empathy, understanding, and respect.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental space where your story is truly heard. We’ll start by getting to know you—your experiences, your goals, and what’s bringing you to therapy. Together, we’ll explore patterns, uncover underlying challenges, and begin building practical tools to help you navigate emotions, strengthen relationships, and foster emotional resilience.

Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, so you’ll have the opportunity to reflect, ask questions, and guide the process in a way that feels meaningful to you. My goal is to help you gain clarity, feel validated, and take the first steps toward healing, personal growth, and living a life that feels whole and fulfilling.
