Great to meet you!

Welcome—I'm so glad you're here and taking this step toward caring for your mental health. For over 16 years, I've helped women heal from emotionally unhealthy relationships, recover from emotional abuse and domestic violence, and find their way back to themselves. I also support high-achieving women who appear to have it all together on the outside but are struggling with stress, burnout, people-pleasing, or feeling emotionally exhausted. Through a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, we'll work together to strengthen boundaries, rebuild self-worth, navigate relationship and family challenges, and create healthier patterns that support the life you deserve. You don't have to carry it all alone—I would be honored to support you on your healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you create meaningful and lasting change. I integrate Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Seeking Safety, and Person-Centered Therapy to help you heal from trauma, strengthen coping skills, and move toward your goals with confidence. I believe therapy works best when you feel truly heard, supported, and empowered throughout the process. I am certified in various evidenced based practices and have advanced training in trauma, domestic violence, parenting, resilience, and crisis intervention. With extensive experience facilitating women's empowerment groups and parenting programs I bring both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to the work we do together.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free space. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You don't need to have all the answers or know exactly where to start—I will meet you where you are and help guide the conversation at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we'll begin identifying your strengths, exploring patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and creating a path toward healing and growth. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the journey ahead.
