Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to helping adults navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care. I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling from Wake Forest University and have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, OCD, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, and self-esteem challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client's unique needs. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while integrating other evidence-based techniques to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I believe that therapy should be a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is getting to know you and creating a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together.
