Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Sara, and I think everyone should go to therapy at some point in their lives. We all have patterns and behaviors that stop working for us, stress that gets hard to handle, and life changes to navigate. Having someone to talk to during those (and other!) times can be so helpful, and we all deserve that.

My approach to therapy

I am fairly direct as a therapist. I believe you are the expert on you, and by working together we can set goals and make the changes that matter to you. I pull from a variety of therapeutic techniques, so we can figure out what works best for you together.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will talk a bit about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. You can share as much or as little of your story as you'd like as we get to know each other. In this session we will focus on setting goals and planning how our work together will look.
