Great to meet you!

The most important goal I have is providing a space where you feel heard and understood. I believe that when someone feels heard, the nervous system begins to heal. I am someone who wants to get to know you and build trust. I hope to provide a space for growth as well as laughter and joy. We all heal a little more when we can laugh with someone. I have 6 years of experience as a counseling graduate and 2 years of counseling experience from grad school. A few of my main areas of focus are anxiety, depression, OCD, attachment, and mood disorders. I specifically enjoy working with children 8 and up, teens, young adults, and women.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from an integrative perspective combining elements of ACT, ERP, CBT, DBT, movational interviewing, and I work from an attachment lens.

What you can expect from me

In the first session we will be gathering information that is important for our work together. We will also be building trust and connection. There is no pressure to show up any specific way. Just show up as you are and we will start the process.
