Great to meet you!

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative and integrative. I draw from attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and interpersonal approaches to help clients understand the deeper patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Together, we explore both the underlying emotional experiences and practical strategies that foster lasting change. My goal is to create insight, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and meaningful.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, attachment-informed, relational, and goal oriented. I believe that meaningful change comes from understanding why patterns developed while also giving my clients practical tools to move forward. While insight is an important part of the therapeutic process, I also believe therapy should be practical and empowering. My goals is to help clients develop greater self-awareness, build emotional resilience, strengthen relationships, and learn concrete skills they can apply outside of the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is getting to know you-not just the challenges that brought you to therapy, but also your strengths, values, and what you hope to gain from our work together. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I strive to create a welcoming, supportive , and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. We'll spend time discussing what has been happening in your life, exploring your personal history, and identifying the goals that are most important to you. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, relationships, and the patterns that may be contributing to your current struggles. This conversation will help us to develop a shared understanding of where you are and where you would like to go.

By the end of our first session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of how we'll work together, an opportunity to ask any questions you may have, and the beginning of a plan tailored to your unique needs. My hope is you will leave the session feeling heard, understood, and confident that we can work collaboratively together towards meaningful and lasting change.
