Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Sara! Many of my clients are women who are caring for everyone else while quietly struggling themselves. You might be managing anxiety, depression, postpartum changes, relationship stress, a chronic health condition, or the emotional weight of a new or changing role in your family. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 10 years of experience, working with adolescents, adults, and seniors. I provide a non-judgmental space where you can finally say the hard things out loud and feel genuinely supported.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with a holistic, trauma-informed approach, looking at the connection between your thoughts, emotions, body, and relationships. I'll offer concrete skills for managing panic, low mood, and negative self-talk. My style is collaborative, empowering, and solution-oriented.

What you can expect from me

If you're ready to feel more grounded, present, and connected to both yourself and those you love, therapy can be a powerful place to start. You can use my calendar to find a time that works for you, and we'll talk about what you're hoping for and how I can help.
