Great to meet you!

My goal as a therapist is to walk alongside you on your journey to improve the balance of life, offering support and a feeling of connection. I work primarily with those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. I am trained in EMDR and grief counseling.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in meeting you where you're at. I approach therapy from a strengths perspective as I work with people to build resilience, promote self-determination, and learn effective coping skills. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all endeavor, so we will work together to find the best mix of modalities (including EMDR, CBT, DBT, and ACT) that will help meet the goals that you have in mind.

What you can expect from our first session

I offer a safe space where you can unload the burdens, stressors, or trauma that have brought you to where you are. You are taking an important first step toward making changes and viewing the challenges of life from a different perspective. I would be honored to walk alongside you on this journey of discovery.
