Great to meet you!

Texas-Based LPC & LCDC | 11 Years of Experience | Certified First Responder Counselor (CFRC) | Trauma-Informed Telehealth for Adults

As a CFRC and veteran spouse, I support first responders, veterans, healthcare professionals, and their families. Rooted in trauma-informed care, I also counsel the general population facing various life stressors. Locally, I serve on the Medical Reserve Corps, providing rapid response during emergencies, crises, and disasters.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a Strong Star Network provider of Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD and trained in Critical Incident Stress Management. I also support clients, spouses and caregivers with juggling self-care, stress, parenting, relationships, and balancing multiple, high-stakes roles. Using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I help clients reframe unhelpful thoughts and develop practical, lasting coping skills.

What you can expect from our first session

My approach to therapy is strengths-based and action-oriented, tapping into your personal resilience while adding practical tools to reach your goals. I'd be honored to walk with you on your counseling journey. Self-book or reach out today with any questions.
