Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who believes healing happens through feeling understood, supported, and genuinely connected. Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and I’m glad you’re here. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, and major life transitions. I have a special interest in working with clients healing from relational trauma and complex childhood experiences that continue to impact their relationships, sense of self, and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. I believe our relationships and life experiences shape how we see ourselves and connect with others. I work to help clients better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful change. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you — it’s about creating a space where you can explore your experiences with curiosity, compassion, and support.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. You’ll have space to share what’s bringing you to therapy, what challenges you’ve been facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable being honest and vulnerable, while also feeling supported and respected. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and discussing what therapy may look like moving forward.
