Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Sara and I work with teens and adults who want to focus on creating healthier relationships, lower stress and anxiety, and increase their sense of self.

My approach is grounded and holistic, and I love a good metaphor to help us find a new way to look at patterns and choices. (One of my current clients told me to tell you I'm really good with metaphors.)

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and creative. I view life through a Narrative lens; everything is a story. I want to explore the story you are telling yourself about who you are and who you could be.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to establish rapport and trust by asking questions to learn your goals. Clients can expect to walk away from sessions with exercises to help them reframe their thoughts, feel more grounded and present, or practice a new response in the face of a reoccurring pattern.
