Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m so glad you’re here. Deciding to reach out for support is a challenging but important step toward creating a life of meaning, satisfaction, and joy. Therapy is a place to express and unpack complicated feelings and negative thoughts and to practice new ways of relating and responding to yourself and others. Following treatment with me, clients typically report understanding themselves more fully, increased self-compassion and empathy, and richer, healthier communication with peers and loved ones. I care deeply about my clients and will be an active participant in helping you to create desired change.

My approach to therapy

I am a licensed psychologist who works with older adolescents and adults seeking psychotherapy for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, life transitions, relational problems, and stress. I utilize individually tailored evidence-based psychotherapy, taking into account your attachment history, cultural identity, and current stressors.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know each other. We'll discuss your background and personal history, as well as the challenges, stressors, and concerns that are most important to you right now. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we'll start identifying goals for therapy and ways we can work toward them in a way that feels meaningful and supportive.
