My name is Sara Tanner and I am a Trauma Informed therapist through the life span that works with both kids and adults! I am excited to partner with you on your healing journey!

My approach to therapy

I am working towards my Registered Play Therapy credential and am level one Theraplay trained. I also have trainings in Internal Family Systems in dealing with complex trauma, attachment based modalities, as well as level one Brain Spotting trained. These modalities equip me to take on some of the most complex trauma cases.
