Great to meet you!

Asking for help can be intimating and challenging for all of us at times. When you feel isolated, who can you confide in? As a licensed mental health counselor for 21 years, I strive to make therapy accessible for my clients. My approach is down-to-earth, supportive, and compassionate. Working with me means having a weekly space to feel safe, heard, and understood as we examine and explore life's obstacles together. I am open to working with all adult populations but I truly enjoy working with postgrad individuals and middle aged women.

My approach to therapy

Many clients would describe me as warm, collaborative, and insightful. I draw from different techniques, such as ACT, motivational interviewing, and CBT, —to help someone manage anxiety, work through family issues, or build healthier coping skills. I believe in creating a therapeutic relationship so my clients can feel safe to talk openly, without judgment. We’ll work together to set goals, build insight, and find practical ways to create positive change in your life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and better equipped to handle life’s challenges. My goal is to help you gain insight, build confidence, and develop practical tools you can use in everyday situations. Whether we're working through a temporary challenge or focusing on long-term growth, you'll have a space that's focused on your goals, at your pace.
