Great to meet you!

Whether you are exploring and making efforts to better understand past trauma or the daily weight of anxiety and depression, you are deserving of an environment where you can be authentically you and gain support.

My approach to therapy

As an LMFT with several years of experience, I provide a trauma-sensitive, neurodiverse-affirming, and LGBTQIA+ celebratory environment. My approach is a blend of reflective listening and skill building. We might use DBT to find immediate relief from overwhelming emotions, or dive into Parts Work (IFS) and Family Systems to help improve overall functioning.

What you can expect from me

My approach is warm, reflective, and open minded. I strive to create an environment where you feel heard, understood, and respected — without judgment. You are the expert on your own life, and together we’ll explore the patterns, experiences, and strengths that shape your story.
