Great to meet you!

20 years experience as a therapist ... I believe that each person has a story worth hearing and feeling understood and connected is always an important part of the therapy process. I combine many evidence based approaches including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy with a warm , collaborative style to help those I work with create meaningful and lasting positive change.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with mindfulness, kindness, and curiosity. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges, building self-awareness, and developing meaningful tools for change. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important foundations for growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to begin building a trusting relationship. You can expect a relaxed, supportive conversation where I’ll listen carefully to your story, learn about your strengths and challenges, and discuss what you’d like to achieve in therapy. There is no pressure to share everything at once. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, respected, and understood as we begin your journey toward growth and healing.
