Great to meet you!

Happy 2026! Wouldn't it be amazing if we could all float through life without stress, struggles, triggers, and obstacles? All of these experiences from our childhood to our relationships, through grief and trauma, make us into the person we are and help us appreciate that we can come out the other side being a healthier, happier version of ourselves. Let me help you find a healthy perspective and begin to live a better, more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My passion is helping people through transitions. From late teens getting ready to launch their next chapter in life to those trying to find their place in a college environment or transitioning into their next chapter in life. I use an individualized, person-centered, solution-focused approach that includes cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, goal setting, guidance, and support with a little laughter and tears.

What you can expect from me

"Growth is painful. Change is painful. But nothing is as painful then staying stuck somewhere you don't belong." The mere fact you are browsing through profiles is the first step in providing the much deserved freedom that everyone deserves. Let me help you become the best version of yourself.
