Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, identity, or major life transitions. Whether you’re feeling stuck, struggling with self-doubt, or simply trying to figure out who you are and where you’re headed, you don’t have to navigate it all alone.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Austin, TX, and I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and young professionals. I’m particularly passionate about helping girls and women navigate the challenges that come with growing up, finding their confidence, building meaningful relationships, and adjusting to life’s many changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and deeply personal. I believe that feeling genuinely heard, understood, and accepted is the foundation for meaningful change. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are.

Once we’ve built that foundation of trust, we’ll work together to identify patterns that may be holding you back, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and develop healthier ways of managing difficult emotions and experiences. I believe you already have strengths within you, and my role is to help you recognize and build on them.

Above all, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be yourself, feel supported, and gain the confidence and tools to create a more fulfilling, meaningful life.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if it’s your first time, so my goal is to make our first session as comfortable and relaxed as possible. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, talking about what brought you to therapy, and exploring what you hope to get out of our time together.

There’s no pressure to share everything right away or have all the answers. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I want you to feel heard, understood, and supported without fear of judgment.

I also believe that finding a therapist you genuinely connect with is so important. Our first session is just as much an opportunity for you to get a feel for me and my approach as it is for me to learn about you. My hope is that you leave feeling a little more at ease, encouraged, and confident about taking this step for yourself.
