Therapy is my passion and my calling, not just a job. I work with Individuals, couples, and families. I see adults: 18 and older. I am licensed in both State of California (CALPCC) and State of Colorado (LPC)

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to meet you where you are in your life at present time, then based on what brings you to therapy, we will work together to achieve your treatment goals. I will use techniques and tools that best fit for our work together.

My specialties: depression, anxiety, bipolar, trauma/PTSD, relationship issues, family conflicts, career change/challenges, OCD, and ADHD. I do use EMDR treatment when appropriate.
