My therapy model encompasses a person-centered approach that is founded on genuine empathy for my clients . Through the therapeutic relationship, I aim to empower my clients so they can see their true potential. I teach my clients coping skills that are founded on evidence based practices, and develop a plan that is catered to individual needs. My specialties include anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transitions.
