Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, working with adults navigating life’s challenges. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs. I believe in meeting you where you are while gently challenging you to move toward where you want to be. Therapy with me is both supportive and practical—you’ll gain insight as well as tools you can use in your everyday life. I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Supportive Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, we’ll identify patterns, build practical skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. I specialize in working with adults (18+) experiencing:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Work-life balance challenges
  • Self-esteem and confidence issues

What you can expect from me

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking to better understand yourself, therapy can be a powerful step toward growth and healing. In our work together, you can expect a respectful, collaborative partnership focused on your goals. We will work to build coping strategies, increase self-awareness, and help you feel more empowered in your daily life.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, but you don’t have to do it alone. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
