Great to meet you!

Seeking mental health support takes immense courage, and I am dedicated to meeting you with deep, genuine kindness. As a Board-Certified PMHNP with over 15 years of comprehensive nursing experience-including 8 years in critical care, I bring a unique blend of clinical safety and warm empathy to mental healthcare. I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, mood disorders and ADHD through personalized care. Whether we meet through telehealth or in person, I look forward to walking alongside you on your path to wellness. My physical address is conveniently located in the Southwood Tower on the I-45 frontage road - easily accessible for in-person visits from nearby areas like The Woodlands, Conroe, Spring and Magnolia - while I proudly provide both in-person and telehealth services to individuals across the entire state of Texas.

My approach to therapy

My practice is built on genuine warmth, active listening, and treating you as an individual. I understand the close connection between your mental well-being and your physical health, which helps me bring a holistic perspective to your mental healthcare. Together, we will create a supportive treatment plan that fits your life, blending lifestyle adjustments, therapy, and evidence-based medication management.

Practice Policies & Medication Management:

  • Schedule II Medications: Please note that I do not prescribe Schedule II controlled substances, including stimulants (such as Adderall, Ritalin, or Vyvanse).
  • Other Controlled Substances: For patient safety, an initial, in-person office evaluation is strictly required before any controlled substances (such as benzodiazepines like Xanax or Klonopin) can be considered.
  • Self-Pay Rates: Initial psychiatric evaluations are billed at a flat rate of $250. Ongoing follow-up sessions are $130 for an in-office visit and $110 for telehealth.

What you can expect from me

You can expect our first session to be a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space for us to connect. We will spend 50 to 60 minutes discussing your current concerns, your health history, and your personal goals. My primary focus is to understand the whole you as an individual so we can walk together on a collaborative journey toward your mental health and wellness goals.
