Great to meet you!

A compassionate counselor committed to help individuals overcome life's challenges with substance abuse, addiction, and co-occurring mental health conditions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, empathetic but not enabling. I believe recovery is possible for every individual. I strive to help you work towards your personal goals. I will meet you where you are at in your healing journey and help you to work towards long term sobriety and healing. Our visits will be centered around creating lasting changes toward your goals.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we will get to know each other, identify strengths, areas to work on and long term goals. I will create a plan to help you in your journey.
